To create visually appealing product displays for interior design items (furniture, décor, lighting, and textiles) that enhance customer experience, reflect brand identity, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute in-store displays based on current interior design trends. Arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create cohesive and attractive spaces. Update displays regularly according to seasons, promotions, and campaigns. Collaborate with design and sales teams to align displays with business goals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure displayed items are in stock. Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to product placement. Ensure all displays follow brand guidelines and visual standards. Prepare reports on display performance and sales impact. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising or interior design (preferred). Strong knowledge of current interior design trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Skills: Strong creative and artistic sense. Good understanding of color coordination and spatial arrangement. Problem-solving skills. Time management and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
