The Merchandiser Manager leads a team of merchandisers, ensures product placement aligns with brand standards, and partners closely with sales teams to drive visibility, availability, and sell-through. The Merchandising Manager is responsible for optimizing store execution, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and ensuring all displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional programs are executed with excellence. Team Leadership & Management Lead, train, schedule, and develop a team of Merchandisers to ensure high-quality execution in all accounts. Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching to improve efficiency and compliance. Ensure routes are covered and merchandising hours are allocated effectively across the territory. Merchandising Execution Oversee product placement, facings, inventory rotation, and display execution across grocery, convenience, on-premise, and chain accounts. Ensure all displays meet brand standards and retailer guidelines, including pricing, signage, and POS materials. Support seasonal resets, new product introductions, and promotional campaigns. Collaboration & Communication Partner with District Managers and Account Managers to align on priorities, execution standards, and account opportunities. Build strong retailer relationships to secure additional display opportunities and favorable product placement. Communicate merchandising needs, opportunities, and challenges to internal teams. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Agent License through ABLE (Alcohol Beverage Law Enforcement) 2+ years of prior merchandising, retail management, or sales within the beverage or distribution industry Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities across a large territory. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with retailers and internal teams. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and merchandising/sales reporting tools. Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Ability to work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions.
