EDUCATION

BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar from a recognized University

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 7 years’ experience is required in a wide range of FMCG functions with a recognized business.

SKILLS

Language: Proficient in English & Arabic
High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on advanced excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
The role required an FMCG specialist in the areas of brand management, trade marketing and category management, mixed with a very high level of commercial business sense.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
  • Lead negotiating of annual contracts with merchandising agencies
  • Preparing annual and quarterly budgets reviews and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead TRAX program implementation and discuss gaps & opportunities with sales team
  • Submit must stock list availability & number of facing reports to management team on monthly bases
  • Communicating promotions, price changes, etc.to merchandising team
  • Submitting freshness & inventory report to sales team quarterly
  • Follow up on CAC implementation and submit execution summary report after each activity
  • Conducting Price audit survey quarterly
  • Follow up the execution level through continuous market visits with merchandising team
  • Proposing incentive schemes for merchandising team
