Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to) • Install POS materials in an effective manner. • Implements competition feedback to Key Account Specialist. • Make sure that no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves, warehouse and return defected ones to the company with an official customer return paper on weekly basis (where needed) • Count and verify the quantity of the returned items in Key Account Warehouses / Outlets to control discrepancies resulting from returns. • Arrange Clients items in the warehouse and be responsible for their good condition and cleanliness. • Coordinating with the driver for fast delivery • Ensure that the company’s products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves. • Implement sales Planograms and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements • Ensure correctness in shelf prices. • Insert pictures in his Palm correctly for all customers’ items displayed on shelves; inform KAS accordingly of any shortage. • Perform price fishing report when needed, as well, NTE report. • Conduct monthly inventory report of the POS. • Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer. • Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
Responsibilities
The Merchandiser is responsible for installing POS materials, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of warehouse items. They also manage returns and conduct inventory reports while complying with safety regulations.
