Description This position requires supporting the Sales Consultant in efforts to increase overall sales. This is accomplished by stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating products. Schedule: 6-10 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Requirements ?Qualifications: · Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. · Ability to communicate effectively with others. · Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. · Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor toward others. · Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal. · Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct. · Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. · Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day. · Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend. · Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions. · Must possess a valid driver’s license. · Must pass pre-employment drug screen and lift test. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Work on assigned routes servicing all accounts that are assigned. · Stock, fill and merchandise all coolers, shelves, and displays at assigned accounts. · Build and merchandise displays ensuring that POS is used in the proper manner and quantity. · Installing/removing permanent POS within accounts. · Ensure that proper product rotation is in effect in every account that is serviced. · Assist with cooler resets within accounts as assigned by the manager. · Deliver products upon request of the office staff / management. · When necessary, maintain and operate hand-held computer unit proficiently. · Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Responsibilities
The merchandiser is responsible for stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating products at assigned accounts to support sales efforts. They must also maintain and install point-of-sale materials and assist with cooler resets as directed by management.
