POSITION SUMMARY Stock Hispanic Brands products at customers’ locations in assigned locations. This is a part-time position with 20 hrs a week, Monday-Friday 6am-10am. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayed. Protect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions; Optimize brand presence in designated areas. Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products. Maintain excellent working relationship with customers. Create weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance Food handler’s permit Driver’s License which meets company requirements MVR which meets Sigma driving standards with review by Talent & Culture PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 year of sales experience Food product and or consumer packaged goods sales experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES (KSA’s) Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Proven ability to motivate self and others The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to stand for a full shift of 8 - 10 hours. Can regularly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truck.
