Description
Company Description At H&M Group, we believe in making great design available to everyone. It’s essential in everything we do. Our family of brands — H&M, COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, &Other Stories, H&M Home and ARKET — offer customers around the world a wealth of fashion, beauty, accessories and homeware, as well as modern menus with fresh and local produce at some of the brands’ in-store eateries. At H&M Production we transform design ideas into real products. The direct point of contact for local suppliers in over 20 sourcing markets, we ensure that top-quality products are made as sustainably and cost-effectively as possible. Job Description As a Merchandiser, you play a key role in ensuring that products move seamlessly through the supply chain—from development to delivery. Your work connects multiple functions and suppliers, making sure timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met efficiently. • Coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth execution of the product flow from development to shipment. • Communicate with planners for product allocation based on set plans and supplier capabilities. • Share routine updates and collaborate reactively with cross functional teams. • Manage accurate data in the system Qualifications As a Merchandiser, you approach your role with a proactive and solution oriented mindset. You combine analytical thinking with strong collaboration skills to create value for both internal teams and external partners. Your ability to balance structure, flexibility, and relationship-building ensures success in a fastpaced environment. • Approach your work with ownership, structure, and attention to detail. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers. • Communicate clearly, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset. • Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve processes. • Live H&M’s values: cost-conscious, straightforward, open-minded, and committed to improvement. • Empower suppliers through technology and continuous support. • Act as a reliable partner to Product Developers and Planners. Additional Information At H&M Group, we’re determined to create and maintain inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces throughout our organization. Our teams should consist of a variety of people that share and combine their knowledge, experience and ideas. Having a diverse workforce leads to a positive impact on how we address challenges, on what we perceive possible and on how we choose to relate to our colleagues and customers all over the world. Hence all diversity dimensions are taken into consideration in our recruitment process. If all of this sounds like it might be your kind of thing, then you should get in touch. We’re more about personality and competence than qualifications, so don’t worry if your skills aren’t a perfect match. If your CV is selected then a recruiter will invite you for a phone / video call, followed by a couple of interviews at one or more of our offices.
