A Merchandiser who's oversees the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share. The role involves working closely with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the right products are delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price. Tasks Develop and implement effective merchandising plans based on market trends and consumer demand. Plan product ranges and stock levels in alignment with company goals and seasonal cycles. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Oversee product development, sampling, and approval processes. Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to manage the supply chain. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Work closely with marketing and retail teams for product promotions and launches. Prepare and present reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and inventory. Requirements Minimun of 3 years in relevant merchandising experience with a degree or part qualification. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English language. proficient in MS office applications. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Age between 25-40 years.
