Description

Calling on existing customers as per pre-determined route list • Count Stock and assist Rep to determine stock to be ordered • Determined stock to be merchandised. Draw stock and unpack. Clean stock before packing onto shelf • Merchandise trade sector according to trade sector layout (planogram) • Optimize stock levels, monitor slow/fast sellers and take appropriate action • Consistent quality checks respond to poor quality or damaged stock • Ensure stock rotation • Keep areas/shelves clean, tidy and uncluttered • Identify opportunities to cross merchandise and implement • Management of out of stocks • Control and Maintenance of POS material and Merchandising tools • Erecting and maintaining of display as per SOP • Manage returns • Administration requests- Time sheets and / any other request from management. • Reporting on and monitoring of opposition activity to representative and Sales Manager • Maintain forward share and Team work to achieve regional budget At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people. The Merchandiser is responsible for managing stock levels, merchandising according to trade sector layouts, and ensuring quality checks on products. They will also handle returns, maintain displays, and report on opposition activity.
