You will be responsible for maintaining the product presentation in a way that attracts customers and increases sales, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that displays reflect the company’s marketing and promotional goals.

• Ensure additional monthly promo display Include core/new SKUs which as agreed with Sales Exec.
• Ensure store planogram is followed
• Perform Daily visits to assigned outlets and build and maintain good customer relationship
• Prepare Replenishment plan, report OOS in store
• Ensure FIFO, report on quality of stocks
• Monitor and report on competitive environment
• Ensure Bad Order and Stock disposal are within agreed limits
• Achieve Annual Employee Engagement Score target, observe company norms and values.
