Description

Role: Merchandising Admin Assistant
Location: Solihull
The Lounge team is growing!
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our growing team at Lounge. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.
During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. This is a key support role within our Merchandising function, where you’ll work across multiple departments to ensure our products are in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you’re excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you. If you thrive on using data to make decisions, enjoy getting into the details, and want to be part of a fast-paced ecommerce environment, we’d love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We know that people aren’t a wish list of technologies or a number of years’ experience, so we won’t include them here – if you are excited by this role and think you could help us on our mission to empower women worldwide, please get in touch and introduce yourself! You never know; your dream role may be just what we need.

  • Regularly review our website to ensure category pages and key visual products reflect trading priorities.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support trade and product decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across Merchandising, Supply, e-Commerce, Marketing, Design, and Retail.
