QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Merchandising and/or design experience
• Plant knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work weekends during peak seasons

• Assist the Merchandising Manager in the setup of displays in accordance with the season and/or demand to increase consumer purchases
• Consult with the Merchandising Manager to change/update and maintain displays as needed to fit season, inventory, and sales
• Perform daily maintenance floor checks with the Merchandising Manager and address changes on the retail floor, execute as needed
• Provided exceptional customer service and assist retail staff when needed
• Work with the receiving team to ensure the new product gets on the retail floor in a timely manner
• Work accordingly and demonstrate regularly Salisbury’s core values
• Other duties as required
