WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree
Fluent English
2/3 years of working experience in similar roles (proven experience in Sales is a plus)
Good project management skills
Strong communication skills, teamworking
Adaptability and flexibility skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel) and SAP (as a plus)

Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

You will support the team on the implementation of new integrated Merchandising strategy in accordance with the Portfolio Priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow and support the implementation of the new integrated Merchandising strategies coordinating the external Partners (that is supporting JTI all over Italy) and the Sales function.
  • Support the team in the development of semi-permanent materials, following each step of the process (from the planning phase to the delivery to Sales Rep).
  • Design new and innovative ways of communicating the main Brands Activities at POS (both temporary and semi-permanent POS Materials solution) with the support of the external creative agencies.
  • Monitor and report internally competitor’s activities on Merchandising programs.
  • Support the Field Force into the deployment of ad hoc projects in the Point of Sales.
  • Provide tailored assessment and analysis to support the implementation of the Merchandising projects.
