POSITION: Merchandising & Event Marketing/Operations Assistant
We’re looking for a dynamic team member to lead merchandising efforts and drive brand awareness by creating and executing events both on- and off-site for the Beachwood brand. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves. No two days will be the same—you’ll be the face of Beachwood, delivering memorable experiences that bring our brand to life.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proximity near Long Beach / Huntington Beach.
• Ability to lift and transport event equipment and beer (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfortable driving company vehicles (Van) for events.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and close to holidays required. Most events land on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or event planning.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
