Key Accountabilities: APAP: * Track promotions in key MT outlets and record it on timely manner in line with agreed deadline. * Maintains Stores leaflets/Magazine. * Ensure implementation of merchandizing coverage plans across channels * Ensure POS/Merchandizing tools/Separate displays are deployed as per channel plans * Track opening & closing stocks & Expiry dates for all Customers/Associates  * Share of shelf and display target and execution to be as per the guidance in the APAP booklet. * Pricing strategy adherence on shelf and promotion. * Promotion execution to be in line with the agreed trade plan. * Deploy initiative in-store visibility plans on time via his merchandising team supervisors   Coverage effectiveness: * Prepare the journey plans with the right call frequency per store based on store type and movement. * Regular Market Visits & Prepare weekly Market Visit Reports.   People Development: * Lead the training and development of the merchandising team and promoters to execute target sales fundamentals (APAP) across all target stores. * Lead the execution of digital transformation of in-store execution tasks. * Develop and nurture strong collaborative relationships with Sales team members and work in sync with them in executing company plans.  
Responsibilities
The manager is responsible for tracking promotions, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring the correct deployment of POS materials, and monitoring stock levels across key outlets. Additionally, they must prepare market journey plans, conduct regular market visits, and report findings weekly.
