Your role @ CHANEL As a Merchandising Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth ambition of Chanel’s Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) business in Hong Kong & Macau for 2026, with a special focus on High-End segments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing inventory, and elevating team capabilities. You will collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver excellence in merchandising execution. The impact you can create at CHANEL Maximize sales opportunities by managing local inventory assortment and rebalancing tailored to each boutique. Ensure timely and accurate inventory allocation by partnering with regional teams and coordinating logistics. Enhance business intelligence tools to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decisions. Support major High Jewelry events and podium initiatives through meticulous inventory planning and coordination. Maintain accurate pricing and packaging processes to uphold Chanel’s operational standards. Provide daily sales and product support to retail teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences. What You Will Bring A university degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or inventory management. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in Excel and a keen sensitivity to numbers and details.
