• Work closely with vendors to confirm Proforma Invoices, ensuring that all order details such as pricing, quantities, and delivery terms are accurate.
• Actively follow up with vendors to monitor the production status of products, ensuring manufacturing aligns with agreed timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and logistics teams, track shipment progress.
• Support the buying team by ensuring the timely delivery of samples.
• Assist the buying team in preparing payment documents, ensuring all related paperwork is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies for approval and processing.
