Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead entire shop-floor production and execution for event setups, permanent promotional display stands, and high-end signage.
• Manage production workflow: Translating creative concepts into technical, production-ready files using AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Coordinate fabrication teams and site installation crews to ensure flawless event branding and display execution within tight deadlines.
• Manage complete shop-floor manufacturing, graphic-to-production workflows, and large-scale event & brand setups.
• Bridge the gap between creative design concepts and physical fabrication.
• Material planning, manpower supervision, on-site installation checks, brand maintenance.
• Handled technical drawing preparations and vector layouts for production output using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Facilitated smooth communication between design, production, and installation departments to deliver projects efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Events, Signage, and Promotional Display Stands.
• Proficient in Design Software: AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Skilled in fabrication using Acrylic, Metal, Wood/MDF Display Stands, Branding Structures.
• Strong production management and workflow optimization skills.
• Ability to maintain brand identity and deliver high-quality display solutions.
