Description This is a full-time on-site role at Kings River Packing, LP headquarters office in Sanger, CA. Kings River Packing is seeking a Merchandising Manager to translate brand marketing strategies into tailored merchandising programs for retail partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with retailer merchandising teams, internal sales partners, and marketing leadership to develop and execute effective in-store merchandising initiatives. The Merchandising Manager will use sales trends, shopper insights, and performance metrics to optimize merchandising investments and drive measurable results across retail accounts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple merchandising programs in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Merchandising Strategy & Program Development Translate brand marketing strategies into customized merchandising programs for retail partners. Develop and execute in-store initiatives including displays, signage, retail media placements, and promotional activations. Ensure programs align with brand standards while meeting retailer requirements and operational feasibility. Retail & Internal Collaboration Build strong relationships with retailer merchandising teams and internal sales partners. Collaborate with Brand Managers, Creative teams, and Sales partners to ensure programs are visually compelling and operationally feasible. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization Analyze sales trends, shopper behavior data, and program KPIs to refine merchandising strategies and maximize ROI. Track program performance and deliver post-program analysis with actionable insights for Marketing and Sales leadership. Budget Management & Program Execution Monitor merchandising budgets across retail accounts to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Support execution of merchandising programs across retail partners. Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement Stay informed on retail merchandising trends, retail media innovations, and shopper marketing best practices. Identify opportunities for program improvement and operational efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, shopper marketing, or trade marketing. Experience in produce, CPG, or food and beverage industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute retail merchandising programs. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize merchandising strategies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and retail partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail execution tools or e-commerce content systems preferred. Ability to travel regularly for store visits, customer meetings, and trade shows. Physical Demands & Abilities Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including merchandising displays or materials. Our Benefits $90,000.00 - $120,000.00, DOE. Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
