A leading private label fashion accessories organization is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead national retail execution and field merchandising operations across Canada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing third-party merchandising partners, ensuring flawless planogram execution, and supporting in-store compliance across thousands of retail locations.

Merchandising Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead national field merchandising execution across retail partners in grocery, drug, discount, and mass retail channels.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers and internal teams to ensure planogram adherence, fixture setup, and in-store excellence.
- Develop and distribute clear merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives for field teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for store-level support, troubleshooting, and planogram guidance.
- Monitor merchandising KPIs including compliance, in-stock %, and service frequency—adjust strategy as needed.
- Conduct store visits and audits to ensure execution quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory and deployment of fixtures, hardware, and retail display components.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with replenishment, operations, and sales to align service delivery with account goals.
- Own the merchandising budget—including vendor invoicing, cost control, and service optimization.
Merchandising Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising, field operations, or store-level execution.
- Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and geographically dispersed field teams.
- Strong understanding of planograms, retail compliance, product flow, and store operations.
- Experience in CPG, fashion accessories, or similar retail categories preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on and solutions-oriented approach—comfortable resolving field-level issues quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., performance dashboards, compliance trackers).
- Willingness to travel for field visits, audits, and seasonal program rollouts.
