What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an analytical position, ideally within digital marketplaces, ecommerce or sports betting.
  • Experience with Amplitude Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing methodology, hypothesis-driven work and metrics-based decision making.
  • A strong grasp of product metrics and the latest techniques in measuring user experience and commercial performance.
  • Comfort with CMS (Sanity preferred), feature flagging and analytical tools (Amplitude, Tableau, Confluence, JIRA)
  • Proven ability to partner across multiple functions, influence without authority and drive alignment.
  • Deep commitment to improving the user experience through data-driven insights and testing.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in mentoring teammates, sharing best practices and helping upskill the broader MerchOps team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sports betting, gaming or sports in general, with curiosity about user behaviors and market trends.
