QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of 3 years experience in Merchandising Project Management.
· Experience in multi-site retail projects
· Ability to successfully coordinate multiple staff of different levels
· General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
· Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment

EDUCATION

· BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· CAPM or PMP certification a plus

Responsibilities

· Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs
· Identify issues in scope and communicate with the team/contractors for resolution
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
· Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer
· Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects
· Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions
· Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues
· Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by the team, brand, and supervisors
· Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives * Contribute to a positive company and team culture, and other duties as assigned
· Develop cross-functional partnerships with field leadership to facilitate the completion of full metal replacement store reinvestment program sites.
· Work closely with regional implementation managers so that projects are supported with the resources needed including personnel and hardware required to complete job.
· Serve as the first point of contact for project leadership in escalating any project needs from a merchandising perspective
· Assist in conducting pre-project calls to brief the field leadership team for the project by speaking to any ongoing concerns for the project
· Monitor project progress using Walgreens management software tools.
