As a Merchandising Project Manager, you will oversee and optimize scalable fulfillment center operations, driving efficiency and process improvement across multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to implement repeatable systems and templates for global deployment. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic roadmaps, improve stakeholder satisfaction, and leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness. You will play a key role in aligning teams, managing multiple initiatives, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Accountabilities Partner with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders to define project strategies, timelines, and expectations. Build scalable, repeatable processes, templates, and kits for efficient global project deployment. Optimize fulfillment center operations based on stakeholder feedback, survey data, and business objectives. Manage comprehensive internal communications, including project updates, executive briefs, and employee communications. Implement best-in-class platform technology, materials, and systems to elevate fulfillment center performance. Track project metrics and provide analysis to support data-driven decisions. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise or eCommerce environment. Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and general technology literacy. Proven ability to provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision-making. Experience designing, implementing, or managing fulfillment center operations. Effective meeting management and communication skills across diverse teams. Competitive hourly rate: $80.00 – $85.11. Fully remote work model with flexible scheduling (20 hours per week, part-time).
