Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position is within HARMAN’s Consumer Lifestyle Division in Europe, headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As part of the EMEA Online Ecommerce Team in a rapidly growing company, you will be responsible for creating, leading and managing our online branded presence with a focus on international and local pure players for JBL and Harman Kardon.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Align with EMEA Product Marketing / Branded Shopping teams on full funnel branded presence
  • Translate NPI content across the channels for Amazon PDP’s and Brand Store
  • Connect and develop with EMEA design team on content strategy for mid and lower funnel
  • Driving content for peak selling moments (e.g. Black Friday, Prime Day, big NPI’s)
  • Build, implement and improve overall merchandising strategy on Amazon and local pure players
  • Making sure that all Harman / JBL content is in its best shape for driving traffic and sales on Amazon
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders on Amazon content (brand store, pdp’s, banners, A+ content)
  • Own the relationship with the content team at our Amazon agency and local content teams
  • Translate internal product information into usable content for Amazon
  • Run A/B tests on the Amazon platform
  • Align with larger team on strategy and growing the Amazon account
  • Driving innovation on the Amazon platform; Rufus; AI; conversion optimalisation and other relevant topics

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Prior experience in building effective online branded environments and campaigns.
  • Good understanding of content marketing strategy.
  • Excellent creative and content skills to understand what is needed to drive conversion and business.
  • Result-oriented and excellent communication skills.
  • Used to multi-tasking and fast paced deliveries and turnarounds.
  • Open minded, curious with a can-do mentality.
  • Experience in working within a global organization with a diverse, multi-cultural team.
