We are looking for a Merchant Acquisition and Operational Intern who is passionate about supporting our efforts in expanding our merchant network and ensuring smooth operational processes. What you will do but not limited to: Conduct market research and identify potential merchants across F&B, lifestyle, retail, and entertainment categories. Support the team in outreach and initial communication with potential merchant partners. Assist in negotiating offers and partnership schemes for the voucher/discount program. Maintain and update the merchant acquisition pipeline (tracking progress and status). Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding. Support in preparing partnership proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports. Gather market insights on promotion trends, loyalty programs, and competitors. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Strong interest in partnership, business development, and e-commerce/lifestyle products. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with external partners. Good analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis. Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint). Previous experience in sales, partnerships, or organizational activities is a plus Available for a minimum of 3 months, full-time internship.
