Job Description Contributes to the business development of credit products by providing market intelligence expertise, market assessments, and related analytics. Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences. Compiling and analyzing the statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it and giving recommendations based on the data. Have a key insight into the need of credit products and fintech for the Indonesian market. Decide on the correct analytic approaches to measure market performance and evaluate question selection/wording. Qualifications 3-4 years of work experience in market/consumer research roles, preferably with background from a research agency. A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other highly analytical oriented major. Proven market research skills set, including understanding brief, crafting questionnaire, scripting, charting, analyzing data and developing insightful reports Have an understanding of market research analysis experience. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc) Strong analytical and critical thinking
