REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, President, or equivalent), ideally in the financial services or Merchant Cash Advance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in restructuring or scaling businesses, including technology integration (CRM, ERP, or similar systems).
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, underwriting processes, and risk management in MCA or related industries.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Track record of hiring, building, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and manage budgets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Aventura, FL 33180 (required).
Responsibilities

Business Restructuring & Growth

  • Assess current business operations and implement restructuring plans for efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for growth in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry.
  • Select, implement, and optimize a CRM system to streamline operations, track performance, and improve client experience.
  • Standardize workflows, reporting systems, and compliance procedures.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and expand a high-performing leadership team.
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff across underwriting, sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and professional company culture.

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Set and manage company budgets, targets, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and ethical lending practices.
  • Oversee funding operations and risk management at a strategic level.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Represent Amerifi Capital to partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
