The Merchant Engagement Executive supports the Merchant Engagement Manager by enabling disciplined execution and smooth day‑to‑day operations across merchant engagement and marketing initiatives. This role is designed for an execution‑driven professional who brings strong attention to detail, sound marketing judgment, and the ability to quickly absorb new processes, tools, and business priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executional Support Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for merchant engagement and marketing activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, materials compilation, and follow‑up tracking. Prepare merchant‑facing and internal materials (reports, presentations, trackers) with high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Track action items, timelines, and deliverables to ensure commitments are completed as planned. Data Management & Reporting Accuracy Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date merchant data, records, and documentation in CRM and internal systems. Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on merchant performance, activation status, and campaign execution. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reliability of information used for decision‑making. Marketing & Campaign Execution Support Support execution of merchant marketing, activation, and promotional initiatives by managing logistics, timelines, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Apply marketing sense to understand campaign objectives, merchant needs, and basic performance metrics. Track campaign execution status and consolidate post‑campaign results, summaries, and learnings. Process Discipline & Operational Excellence Follow established engagement, marketing, and governance processes, templates, and operating procedures. Maintain trackers, documentation libraries, and execution checklists to ensure consistency and audit readiness. Identify execution gaps, data issues, or recurring errors and flag them proactively. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, marketing execution, analytics or account support roles. Detail‑oriented, with strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and follow‑through. Demonstrates marketing sense, with the ability to understand campaign objectives, merchant needs, and basic performance indicators. Fast learner, able to quickly understand new products, processes, tools, and engagement models. Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Experience in financial services, payments, or marketing‑related functions is an advantage. Language - Good comprehension and writing skills in English are required; spoken English proficiency is a plus.
