And now we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchant Gear Operations Associate to support our merchant onboarding process. In this part-time, entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in preparing and sending out gear to new venues, helping track inventory, and supporting our merchants with any gear-related issues. You’ll work closely with the onboarding, sales, and account management teams to help ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our new merchant partners.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with the onboarding, sales, and account management teams to ensure gear is sent out and set up correctly for new merchants.
Prepare, pack, and ship gear to venues in the onboarding process.
Help track gear inventory and monitor gear-related product usage and sales.
Assist with placing gear orders and coordinating with global procurement teams to make sure we have the right amount of gear at the right time.
Respond to support tickets related to gear issues; occasionally handle non-gear-related tickets as needed.
Help troubleshoot basic gear problems and guide merchants to get back online quickly and smoothly.
Take part in team meetings to share ideas on improving gear kits (e.g., vouchers, training guides) and team processes.
Our humble expectations
Fluent in German, with good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills, especially when explaining things clearly to others.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable juggling different tasks.
Basic familiarity with customer support or logistics is a plus, but not required.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We offer an attractive salary starting at €13,418 annually (based on a 20-hour workweek), with potential increases based on your performance and progression through the hiring process.
