We are seeking enthusiastic interns to help expand our merchant network, focusing on popular youth merchants with multiple branches across Java. What you will do but not limited to: Support merchant onboarding and ensure readiness before program activation. Monitor voucher redemption performance and flag operational issues. Assist in handling merchant-related customer complaints and follow-ups. Coordinate with merchants to ensure adherence to program SOPs and standards. Maintain operational trackers and documentation for reporting purposes. Support continuous improvement of merchant operations playbook and processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. ⁠⁠Excellent communication skills. Proactive and self-motivated. ⁠⁠Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong analytical and research skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of our digital platforms. Available for 3+ months, full-time.
Responsibilities
The intern will support merchant onboarding, monitor voucher redemption performance, and assist in handling merchant-related customer complaints and follow-ups. Responsibilities also include coordinating with merchants to ensure SOP adherence and maintaining operational trackers for reporting.
