Role Overview We’re looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our growing merchant network. What You’ll Do As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will: Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, including documentation, setup, and training Ensure smooth activation and support merchants through their initial journey Handle day-to-day merchant inquiries related to transactions, settlements, and system usage Monitor merchant performance and activity, and drive reactivation where needed Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Finance, Logistics) for resolution Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and merchant experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics
Responsibilities
The executive will manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including setup and training, while serving as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries regarding transactions and settlements. They must also monitor merchant performance and drive reactivation efforts as necessary.
