Qashier is looking for an amazing Merchant Operations Executive to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. We are looking for passionate individuals that can assist in the setup and training of our merchants, provide efficient order fulfilment, and timely customer support. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of POS and payment systems, operations or customer support, this role might be for you. Responsibilities: Managing of outbound logistics and order fulfilment: Youll help ensure timely merchant orders dispatch, accurate inventory management and efficient delivery Operations. Initialisation, Training and Setup of new merchant accounts: Youll work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams in the setup of new merchant accounts and systems according to each merchants requirements including online and onsite training of the company's product. Partner with our merchants to effectively resolve issues through phone, email and live chat. You'll gain product knowledge of Qashier's hardware, software and suite of services and help our merchants diagnose hardware and software issues. Coordinate with suppliers and other third party with regards to inventory procurement, hardware servicing, warranty/exchange matters Perform ad hoc tasks related to this position, including providing primary hardware and software support to other departments. Qualifications Bachelors degree in any related fields 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support or Account Management. Experience with internet networks and routers is a plus. Able to speak both Thai and English language. Enjoys travelling to support merchants and passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space. A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented. Strong creative problem solving skills.
