The Role
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for Keeta drone’s merchant operations in the UAE, including the management of chain brands and urban merchants, driving the growth of UAE’s delivery business. Platform Merchant Operations: Manage the full lifecycle operations of new and existing restaurants in the UAE market, identify growth opportunities, formulate and execute operational strategies, organize and allocate resources to support growth results. Brand Growth Management: Responsible for business growth of target brand pools in the UAE market by iterating brand pool admission rules, distributing resources, and optimizing business strategies to support brand scale growth in emerging markets. Supply Exploration and Scenario Operations: Explore delivery demand scenarios and growth opportunities in the UAE market, develop new supply models to meet user needs or increase operational efficiency, thereby driving industry growth.
Requirements
Basic Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in merchant operations or brand operations with a solid understanding and methodology. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in using tools for data analysis and strategy reporting. Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working closely with colleagues from different departments to achieve work goals. High resilience and problem-solving ability, able to handle challenges and stress to ensure quality and efficiency of work. Familiar with AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, such as merchant grading and strategy optimization; experience with model applications is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry’s merchant operation; proficiency in English as a working language.
