Key Responsibilities Application Review: Review and approve merchant and sales representative applications based on established compliance standards and admission criteria. Merchant Monitoring: Monitor post-admission merchant status, conduct periodic risk reviews, and manage suspensions or terminations based on anti-fraud policies. Case Management: Oversee anti-fraud cases from intake to closure, ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation of outcomes. Quality Control: Conduct QC inspections on investigation reports, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance investigation quality. Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, investigation, and customer service teams to implement anti-fraud measures and resolve operational challenges. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Language Proficiency: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) with a minimum qualification of HSK 4 or equivalent as a working language to maintain clear lines of reporting and corporate communication. Domain Experience: 1+ year of experience in offline credit anti-fraud, merchant admission, or investigation support, preferably in the Indonesian market. Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with a keen sense of risk identification, data organization, and professional report writing. Interpersonal Capability: Effective communication and coordination skills; able to work efficiently across sales, investigation, and operations teams to drive execution. Mindset: Results-oriented with strong learning agility and a high sense of responsibility. Presence: Must be fully open to a permanent, on-site position located in Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points Experience in consumer finance, licensed lending, or bank credit card fraud operations within Southeast Asia is a plus. Familiarity with digital forensic tools or data analytics platforms for risk management.
