ABOUT US
In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox - two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox, and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.
We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we’re now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for you who want to play a vital role in supporting our merchants and driving their success! In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day challenges; resolving tech issues, managing pick-up delays, providing partner portal guidance, and onboarding new users. You’ll be supporting medium and smaller merchants post-launch and ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to maximize growth and build strong partnerships. Acting as the main contact for merchants without a designated KAM, you’ll help unlock their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing general communication and information sharing, and keeping all merchants informed and empowered. Additionally, you’ll take a hands-on approach in operations, following up on issues like damaged or lost parcels, cancellations, return processes, customs handling, and inefficiencies at terminals—whether related to oversized packages, labeling, packaging, or sorting challenges.
First and foremost, we believe that great people can achieve anything! That said, there are a few qualities we find particularly valuable for this role.
- You are a strong relationship builder, a natural problem solver, and an outstanding communicator that thrive in a dynamic environment.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or similar roles where interacting with people is key.
- A proven understanding of business. You are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and reports. You have an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to generate insights and suggest improvements for both operations and commercial teams.
- You are fluent in Norweigan and EnglishIt’s an extra plus if you know the Norwegian e-commerce market
