Description Job Title Merchant Support Coordinator Location & Work Model On-site – Sioux Falls, SD Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening or weekend work as needed based on business demand About the Company We are a growing organization that supports merchant partners through underwriting, funding, and account servicing functions. The team works closely across departments to ensure accurate documentation, responsive service, and strong external partnerships. The Role The Merchant Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across merchant accounts, collections, and legal coordination activities. This role ensures documentation is accurate, requests are completed on time, and internal and external partners receive clear communication. You’ll work closely with underwriting, collections, leadership, and legal support to keep account processes organized and moving forward. What You’ll Do Support merchant account servicing, including payoff letters, zero-balance letters, and reconciliation requests Prepare and process UCC filings and terminations Coordinate documentation for accounts being sent to external collections agencies Organize and upload required documentation to internal systems and shared platforms Assist with bankruptcy-related account processing and documentation Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine service and documentation requests Support internal legal activities by preparing routine correspondence and organizing case files under attorney direction Complete recurring reports and assist with special projects as assigned Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable following established processes and detailed instructions Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in an administrative support or office coordination role Experience in collections, financial services, or account servicing Experience working with legal documentation or regulated processes Why This Role In this full-time position, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business—including collections, underwriting coordination, and legal support—while building strong administrative and documentation management skills.
