Your role: 1.Deep insight into retail pharmacy pharmacists and customers: fully understand and analyze the defined market environment, policies, competitive landscape, and the characteristics of pharmacists and patients' needs of key TAs, meet the patients needs, and create value for customers; 2.Participate in designing and executing marketing activities for retail pharmacy customers and patients, including formulating marketing plans and implementing events. Support the NKA team in delivering key marketing initiatives & JBP nego to drive business outcomes; 3.Leverage internal and external data analysis, market research, and channel、KA insights, support non-target chains & B2B partners to achieving stable and healthy growth with deeper distribution; 4.Through third-party data analysis and marketing program design, drive O2O business for healthy growth and empower offline chains to precisely expand O2O coverage. Who you are: 1.2+ years experiences of marketing / trade marketing / Operation in Rx Retail, Rx Retail sales experience is a plus 2.Strong logical thinking and innovative capabilities. 3.Good communication skills 4.Workable English speaking& writing capability
