Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merger Integration Lead to join our Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of Claims, Risk Control, and Analytics teams and functions between new merger partner branches with legacy Gallagher teams and capabilities. The Merger Integration Lead will serve as a key liaison between branch leadership, staff, and the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team to drive engagement, education, and operational excellence. How you'll make an impact Stakeholder Engagement: Engage new merger branch leadership to introduce the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team, its capabilities, and the integration approach. Build strong relationships with branch leaders to ensure alignment on goals, objectives, and next steps. Staff Communication and Education: Conduct meetings with merger branch staff to communicate the value proposition of Claims, Risk Control, and Analytics services. Educate new merger staff on the rules of engagement and how to effectively collaborate with the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting organization. Talent Identification and Alignment: Identify Claims, Risk Consulting, or Analytics staff within branches. Collaborate with leadership to assess staff skills and determine the best fit/role within the NRC organization. Transition Coordination: Coordinate the alignment of staff between branches and the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting organization. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for transitioning staff, addressing any challenges or concerns. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Act as a bridge between branches and the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Provide feedback to leadership on integration progress and identify opportunities for process improvement. #APIntegration About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. 35-50% travel required. Behaviors: Requires significant insurance brokerage industry expertise. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess talent and align roles with organizational needs. Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
