JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a leading financial institution with a strong track record in corporate finance, strategic investments, and growth-driven acquisitions. As they continue to expand their portfolio and enhance shareholder value, they are now seeking a highly skilled M&A Manager to drive deal execution, financial analysis, and strategic advisory across global markets. The M&A Manager will be responsible for leading and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to assess and execute transactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity, with hands-on experience in deal structuring, valuation, and due diligence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence and negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of legal, tax, and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).CFA, CPA, or relevant certification is a plus.
