Receive unparalleled professional development through our year-round graduate learning academy
Be part of Australia’s largest cohort of graduates – meaning you’ll have a community of other grads to lean on and learn from!
Build your skills on real client work and purpose-led projects
Now, more than ever, our world needs a new perspective. Tomorrow won’t be powered by yesterday’s ideas. It requires bright minds, bold ambition and boundless passion. Someone like you! Join Deloitte and help us shape a better tomorrow.
M&A is one of the major aspects of the corporate finance world. Each facet of M&A has its own unique challenge and it often takes a diverse team to get the best results on a deal. Deloitte’s M&A business is one of the largest in Australia, advising top tier clients on complex merger, acquisition, divestment and capital market activities. Our team works across a range of sectors including consumer business, financial services, infrastructure, technology, healthcare and real estate. At Deloitte we provide support for our team to pursue relevant post graduate qualifications such as a CA or CFA designation.
What will your typical day look like?
Real Estate Valuations - We work closely with the broader valuations service team, assisting a wide range of clients with their tangible asset needs involving both real estate and plant and equipment across Australia. Our clients include domestic and overseas property groups, corporates, government (Local, State, and Commonwealth) departments, high net worth individuals and not-for-profit organisations. You will have the opportunity to support and be mentored within the Tangible Assets Valuations team, providing valuations for all property types across Australia for various purposes, including acquisition and disposal, financial reporting, accounting, audit and taxation, compensation, dispute resolution, and litigation. You will be involved in job creation, client engagement, market research, on-site property inspections, and report writing, enhancing your analytical skills and knowledge of valuation methodologies. As a graduate, your day-to-day work will involve projects that support you in becoming a professional member of the Australian Property Institute (“API”) with Certified Practising Valuer designation and suitability for registration as a valuer in Queensland and Western Australia. Our clients provide us with a diverse range of asset classes, offering experience across various markets, including office, industrial, retail, residential, and other specialised properties. Each day is different, offering a mix of on-site experiences in different locations and office work. We are looking for graduates from an API accredited degree in valuations, property economics, or business (with a major in real estate, property, investment, or similar).
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
