📢 We’re hiring: Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist –Pero (MI) Join our Strategy, Transformation & Marketing team in Pero (MI) and play a key role in shaping the future of our Group. What you’ll do Support the integration process of companies acquired by the Group, working closely with the Management during the first 6–12 months post-acquisition. Coordinate post-integration activities across all Group departments to implement procedures and methods aimed at achieving integration objectives, including: Safety standards. Follow up the check list in place for companies’ integration IT systems (preparing data needed to implement our ERP, Payroll system, LIS contracts master data, receivables, payables etc). Finance, controlling, and receivable monthly data Technical and staff training programs. Manage communication with clients during the integration phase. Deliver projects according to timelines agreed with the M&A Committee, documenting any exceptions. Perform financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparable analysis, precedent transactions). Collaborate effectively in high-pressure, cross-functional environments. Facilitating collaboration between headquarters and the acquired company. What we’re looking for Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong presentation and communication skills. Solid financial and project management knowledge and analytical skills.
