Company : Aqilea India Employment Type: Full Time Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (PERN / MERN) Experience: 4–7 Years Location (Preferred): Jodhpur / Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript and hands-on experience across modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js. Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Build, consume, and document RESTful APIs (GraphQL exposure is a plus). Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, branching strategies, and release processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Required Technical Skills Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. Expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux / Zustand preferred). Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js. Hands-on experience with one of the following stacks: PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design principles. Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Basic knowledge of GraphQL is an added advantage. Familiarity with ORMs/ODMs such as Sequelize, Prisma, or Mongoose. Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and code review practices. Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS). Nice to Have Experience working with Next.js. Exposure to microservices architecture. Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
