QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong hands-on experience with MES platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ignition by Inductive Automation preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISA88, OEE, SPC, databases, and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Aveva, Rockwell, or SCADA platforms is a strong asset.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (operations or IT).

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the MES subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and technical support.
  • Partner with plant teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to drive MES adoption across all levels.
  • Lead deployment of new MES functionalities and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback, aligning enhancements with MES roadmap.
  • Stay updated on MES developments and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to test and validate system changes.
  • Advise leadership on how to leverage MES to improve visibility, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Mentor manufacturing leaders on integrating MES technologies into operations.
  • Travel to manufacturing sites (15–20%) for training, implementation, and evaluation.
