Description
This role will partner with the MES IT Program Manager to lead deployment across approximately 50 key sites, focusing on enhancing operational visibility, reducing manual processes, and leveraging real-time data for improved decision-making. The Program Manager & OCM Leader will oversee proof-of-concept trials, full-scale rollouts, and drive a robust change management strategy in collaboration with HR, MES stakeholders, and site teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring organizational readiness, developing communication plans, and aligning skills and structures to sustain MES adoption and realize its full benefits. Manage all aspects of proof of concepts deployment and 80/20 focus sites solution implementation working together with IT MES Program Manager and MES Process Owner. It includes site readiness, roadmap timing, data clean up, project budget excluding team wages & benefits costs. Monitor and report on schedule and budget variances, as well as escalate and work to eliminate roadblocks within scope of the project, assuring budget, overall program timing and deliverables are met. Manage quality of the deliverables, ensure all requirements have been validated and achieved, ensure the user acceptance tests have been developed, approved, and executed to successful completion prior to going live. Consolidate and manage reporting of key performance indicators (KPI) to drive efficiency and effectiveness of data governance. Lead communications with key stakeholders, assuring communication plan is executed and adjusted as needed based on project progression, risks identified and learnings. Ensure all communications related to implementation are completed. Assure defined need for process training and stakeholders are aware of their role in the process, and proper knowledge is assimilated by each business and/or region. Lead and document lessons learned with all pertinent stakeholders, assuring they are also shared with next wave of sites as part of their site readiness assessment. Work together with HR partners, MES Process Owners and MES Business Leaders, Customers and Vendors to make sure we develop and implement a strong organization change management process. Minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 10 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX and/or related support functions. Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing medium to high complexity projects (regional, divisional space). Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future. Experience on developing a robust organization change management strategy with multiple stakeholders involved, different leadership levels, different business & processes maturity levels, including good amount of uncertainty Strong problem solving Strong financial and business acumen Ability to build strong network, influence others and drive implementation across different business groups / cultures Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with both technical and non-technical audiences Critical thinking process, attention to details and data driven decision Ability to get consensus or to take critical decision to achieve a common ground goal Ability to deal with ambiguity. This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year.
