Software Implementation & Integration Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, MES, CMMS, Quality, and Inventory systems Translate manufacturing workflows into software configurations Integrate machines, weighbridges, scanners, and PLC data with software platforms Ensure seamless data flow between production, stores, QC, finance, and dispatch 2. Manufacturing Process Digitization Map current processes (as-is) and design optimized digital workflows (to-be) Digitize: Production reporting Scrap and yield tracking Furnace / machine logs Maintenance schedules Quality checks and traceability Eliminate manual registers and Excel-based reporting 3. Data & Analytics Design dashboards for: OEE Yield & recovery Energy consumption Downtime and root causes Cost per kg / unit Work with management to define KPIs and MIS structure 4. Vendor & Project Management Coordinate with ERP vendors, system integrators, and automation partners Own timelines, testing, UAT, and go-live activities Control implementation costs and scope creep 5. Change Management & Training Train shop-floor supervisors, engineers, and managers Drive adoption across departments Act as bridge between operators and software teams 6. IT–OT Coordination Work with IT for: Network, servers, cloud, backups, cybersecurity Work with OT teams for: PLC data access Machine connectivity Sensor integrations Qualifications Must-Have Strong understanding of manufacturing operations Experience implementing ERP or MES in a factory Ability to read and understand production, QC, and maintenance workflows SQL / Excel / dashboarding skills Vendor and project management capability Good to Have Experience in metals, casting, machining, process industries Exposure to PLC / SCADA / IoT Python, Power BI, or low-code tools Lean / Six Sigma or industrial engineering background
Responsibilities
