Key Responsibilities: This role provides high-level technical support, automation capability and M365/IAM expertise to support Vertiv clients. A key part of the role involves handling both Incident and Request ticket, deep understanding with the workflow processes of Operations and identifying workflow that are ready for developing automations, integrations and data driven insights using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerShell. Nice to Have - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell. This backfill post will also contribute to improving internal process refinement, knowledge base article creation and will take participation with the quarterly KT sessions with GSD. This role also requires strong technical capability, excellent problem solving skills, and a proactive solution-oriented approach aligned with Vertiv IT management service standards. Backfill post to commence asap. Troubleshoot and resolve both Incident and Request ticket related to M365 application and services, security configuration, cloud services and performing scheduled quarantine reviews. All BAU's solutions must adhere within the SLA commitment. Manage configuration, maintenance and administration of Microsoft 365 tenants. Assist with onboarding /offboarding processes, licenses allocation and user provisioning Propose improvements by leveraging current workflow processes Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and propose automation on tooling Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
