Description
3 to 6yr overall expereince working in IT industry Atleast 2yr to 4yr of hands on experience in mobility MDM L2 team supporting on tools like Microsoft Intune, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, XenMobile, BlackBerry UEM, MobileIron, MaaS360 etc. Provide mobility MDM end user support in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe, and Password Reset also device enrolment, password, Configuration, Application, Email issues, DEP Enrollment etc. Working knowledge in troubleshooting all device platforms (iOS and Android, BlackBerry) with multiple applications. Participation in mobility MDM daily operations meeting, ensuring compliance and meet customer expectations for your respective sites. Troubleshoot Mobility MDM tasks, trouleshoot the MDM issues and escalate to the L3 MDM team accordingly. Enforce the customer MDM troubleshooting and resolution in quick time. Provide support in MDM, MAM(mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices & pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM Portal support mobile Application Management like remove and adding users to MAM policies, report on applications installed on devices. Supporting customer environments on 24x7x365 basis. Interact with a large variety of clients to provide Mobility MDM L2 level technical support for Mobility/Exchange related incidents and requests. Understand requirements, analyze networking issue and provide first level updates and recommendations. Meet and manage MDM mobility agreements with customers through troubleshooting the MDM issues and resolving. Participation in daily operations meeting, ensuring compliance and meet the customer desired resolutions for your respective sites and service area. Interact with a large variety of clients to provide Mobility and MDM related L2 Level technical support for Mobility/Exchange related incidents and requests. MDM Tools: Microsoft Intune, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, XenMobile, BlackBerry UEM, MobileIron, MaaS360 Hands on expereince on Mobile Platform: iOS, Android, Mac OS, Win 10 Capable of effective communication Familiarly and theoretical knowledge of ITIL processes, preferred certification in ITIL foundation course. Graduation Engineering degree Desirable Certifications in - MDM Tools -- Microsoft Intune /Airwatch-Workspace ONE/XenMobile or MCSE / Microsoft Exchange Server certifications
