DESCRIPTION

• The social media outreach specialist position requires you to book sales appointments for the company. You’ll be responsible to utilize the companies social media accounts, message prospects, take them through a script, and place them on the closers calendar.
• Performance will be judged on total calls booked and total calls closed from those that are booked.
• The primary goal is to keep increasing the amount of calls being booked for the company with quality leads.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female
• Part time role (starting at 20-25 hours per week)
• The ability to answer incoming messages throughout the day (morning, afternoon and night; not just 3-4 hr time block)
• Efficient with Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• A desire to be a part of a process that helps women in their 20s and 30s feel confident in their skin, heal their relationship with food, and experience a sustainable lifestyle that drives long-lasting results.
• Self-directed
• Exceptional time management skills
• Embody company tenets
• Remote sales experience (not required)

• Managing the company’s social media inboxes
• Following up with prospects daily
• Creating new lead opportunities by starting conversations with new potential prospects
• Carrying out conversations with leads with the goal of getting them booked for a sales appointment
• Ensure diligence and speed in the follow up process, creating of new leads, and carrying out conversations with prospects
• Attending department and team meetings
