The Messenger is responsible for delivering and collecting documents, processing customer payments, and ensuring timely and accurate transactions. They work closely with the Finance and Insurance Officer to support the dealership's operations and maintain smooth business processes. What will YOU do? Deliver documents and packages to clients, suppliers, and internal departments Collect payments from customers as per agreements Process documents for loan and insurance applications, by assisting customers with the submission of necessary paperwork to facilitate vehicle purchases Coordinate with external partners, such as banks and insurance companies, to follow up on required documents and payment statuses Ensure proper filing and organization of documents, including contracts, payment receipts, and other critical paperwork, to maintain accurate records What will YOU need? At least 1 year of related employment experience Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
