We are backed by leading global and domestic investors including Y Combinator, Sony, Global Brain, India Quotient, and 3one4 Capital About the role : We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to manage end-to-end digital marketing—from running ads and creating content ideas to tracking and optimizing performance. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for results, not just execution. Training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities : For each app you work on, you'll study the audience, the market, and the competition - then write ads that get people to download and make that first purchase. You decide the angle, the hook, the format, and the script - and you write it yourself. You'll brief designers and video editors on your concepts and follow through until the output matches your intent. You'll ship multiple creative variants per campaign (80-100 per week) - fast cycles, not one polished ad a week. You run your own A/B tests, read the results, and decide what to try next. You track what's working in each market and make sure the creative feels native to that audience. Must-Have 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing content or growth marketing. Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns. Strong copywriting skills (English + regional language preferred). Understanding of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR. Experience working with creative and video teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
